Dungeons Billing Information FAQ

I Paid for the Game, Money was Deducted from My Account, But I Don’t Have a Copy of my Game

If you are running into billing issues where money has been deducted but a game license hasn’t been sent to you, then your purchase is either on hold or has failed. Give the issue 7-10 days to resolve itself, and the money to be returned to your account. If the issue has not resolved itself within that time, reach out to your game platform’s support team and request additional support.

 

Where Is My Minecraft Dungeons Purchase History Located? 

To find your purchase history for Minecraft Dungeons, you will need to go to the platform that your game license was purchased and login to your account on that platform to access this data. You can also reach out to that platforms support team if you need further assistance in locating that information. 
 
Note: If you would like to request a refund, you will need to make a request to the support team from where your copy of Minecraft Dungeons was purchased. Know that the refund time frame is different depending on the platform you purchased your game from.
